Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in the Medway Towns, are seeking an experienced, permanent Maintenance Engineer to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving injection moulding machinery and site equipment, helping to minimise downtime and ensure efficient production operations. The position offers a great work-life balance, working a 4-day week, Monday to Thursday, with 10-hour day shifts and no weekend working.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
- Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
- Work closely with production to ensure smooth operations

- Proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment (ideally plastics/injection moulding)
