Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Case Handler Assistant to join a leading company based in Horsham on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, structured environment where you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient management of client case files. You will ensure cases are processed accurately, updated in a timely manner, and managed in line with company KPIs, SLAs, and high standards of customer service excellence. About the Role

The hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00am to 5.00pm (35 hours per week) fully on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the end-to-end management of client case files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries, providing updates and resolving issues where possible.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Monitor case progress and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Support the delivery of KPIs and SLAs across the team.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
