Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Case Handler Assistant to join a leading company based in Horsham on a permanent basis. About the Role
The hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00am to 5.00pm (35 hours per week) fully on site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the end-to-end management of client case files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression.
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries, providing updates and resolving issues where possible.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Monitor case progress and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support the delivery of KPIs and SLAs across the team.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
