An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Conveyancing Executive to join our Ilford based client on a full time basis. Reporting to the senior partners you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Conducting title checks
- Liaising and negotiating with lenders
- Maintaining accurate and timely records on the case management
- Handling completion and post completion
- Delivering high level of client service
- Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions
Qualifications
- Previous conveyancing experience with new build
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
