Premier Work Support are working on behalf of a local, expanding company who are looking to recruit a Product Service Engineer to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general fault rectification and product support at client sites throughout the South East and London areas.

You will provide technical support to customers, identify issues and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Attend client sites to diagnose and rectify product faults.

Provide technical support and advice to customers.

Identify, troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.

Carry out remediation work on PVC-U and aluminium products.

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Maintain excellent customer service and professional relationships with clients.

Manage workloads effectively and work well under pressure.

Complete work to a high standard while meeting business and customer requirements.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in product support or a similar technical/service engineering role.

Experience with PVC-U and aluminium products.

Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure.

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Hours may vary depending on the needs of the business,
