An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Accounts Assistant to join our client at their offices in Ilford. Reporting to the Finance Director, the accounts assistant will support the accounting function by assisting with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring all records are kept accurately and contributing to the smooth running of all of the company's financial activities.
Qualifications:
- Double entry bookkeeping
- Payroll
- Sub contractor payments
- Credit card and bank reconciliation
- IR35
- VAT returns
- Experience within a construction company
- Accounts up to Trial Balance
Moreover, you will have a good understanding of accounting principles, strong communication skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
