Premier Work Support are working on behalf of a local, expanding company who are looking to recruit a Product Service Engineer to join their growing team in Basildon. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general fault rectification and product support at client sites throughout the South East and London areas. You will provide technical support to customers, identify issues and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Attend client sites to diagnose and rectify product faults. Provide technical support and advice to customers. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.
