Crawley area to support one of our valued clients in the Production Industry. This role is perfect for someone confident working with machinery.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate Counterbalance, Reach, Bendi or other relevant FLT equipment, in accordance with site procedures and safety regulations.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Safely stack and store pallets and materials within designated warehouse areas.
- Follow all company health & safety, manual handling and PPE requirements.
- Work closely with production, warehouse, logistics, and supervisory teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, or a similar environment.
- An operator who's confident using machinery-not just supervising.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with product checks, labels, and weights.
- Good English skills to manage detailed paperwork.
- A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
