As the Warehouse & Logistics Manager you will oversee the operational performance across two freight forwarding warehouse facilities, ensuring efficient cargo handling, compliant documentation, and seamless coordination between warehouse, transport, and customs functions.
You will need to be a strategic and commercially minded leader with strong knowledge of international freight processes, regulatory requirements, and customer service expectations within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Skills required
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management within the freight forwarding industry (air, sea, or multimodal).
- Strong understanding of bonded warehouse operations, customs processes, and international freight documentation.
- Knowledge of IATA, CAA, HMRC, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
