Reporting to the Design and Technical Manager, the successful Design and Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing processes, from design and implementation to optimization and improvement, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and to high quality standards in a safe way, as well as for the daily first line Management of the team.
