Your role will be:

  • Professionally handle incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective responses to enquiries.
  • Identify and assess customer requirements to provide appropriate solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations using the company pricelist, including all relevant supporting information.
  • Assist with job administration tasks, including scheduling, coordination, and general operational support where required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, process customer orders, and ensure proper document filing.
  • Adhere to established communication procedures, company policies, and quality standards in all customer and administrative activities.
