We are seeking a dynamic Organizational Development Advisor/HR to join our team in the United Kingdom supporting teams based in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in deploying human resources and organizational development practices aligned with the culture and values established in Premier Tech.

Your future role:

  • Deploy HR and organizational development practices aligned with Premier Tech’s global culture and approach in the UK and Ireland (Performance review, Annual salary review, Satisfaction Survey, Deployment HRIS…)
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation in both countries
  • Collaborate on due diligence of potential acquisitions and lead HR and OD integration plan for these new team members
  • Participate in the Horizontal Organizational Development Team supporting Business Units all around the world to contribute to the development of best approaches in OD aligned with the roadmap of Premier Tech Water and Environment
  • Support initiatives related to H&S and adopt the right behaviours to support this culture

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management
  • Proven ability to align HR practices with global standards while considering local realities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Canada
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
