An English Teacher is required for a good secondary school in the Sunderland area. This role requires teaching English to Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a full-time English Teacher role which will begin in January 2026 and last roughly until the end of the academic year in July, as it is a maternity role. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal candidate would:
- Have good classroom management skills
- Have a passion for teaching English
- Have excellent subject knowledge
- Be able to organise themselves
