A Teacher of Science is required for a secondary school in the South Tyneside area. You will deliver Science to Key Stages 3 and 4 pupils. This full-time role will start as soon as possible and be ongoing. This secondary school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal Science Teacher candidate would:
- Have a passion for teaching Science
- Have excellent subject knowledge
- Be able to organise themselves
- Be able to engage with children in a proactive way
We are keen to hear from both experienced Science Teachers or ECTs. To apply for this position, you must hold QTS or QTLS. In addition, you must:

Please note that the rate of pay will be dependent on where you are on the National Teacher Payscales and the level of experience that you have to date.
