How to prepare for a job interview at Premier Teachers

✨Know Your SEND Stuff

This will show the interviewers that you're genuinely passionate about the role.

✨Showcase Your Organisational Skills

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, being organised is key. Prepare examples from your past experiences where you've successfully managed your time or resources. This could be anything from planning activities to keeping track of student progress. Bring these examples to the interview to demonstrate your ability to stay on top of things.
