A Finance and Administrator Officer is required for a good Primary school in Newcastle area. This is a three day per week role on Mondays to Wednesdays and to start asap. The role will involve general reception and administration roles and finance roles. This role is long term and has the potential to go permanent for the right person. Ideally you will have experience of working in a school as a Finance and Administration Officer in a previous role. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have strong Administrator and Finance skills
  • A good telephone manner
  • Be able to work at pace with Administration and Finance Tasks
  • In addition, you must:

  • Provide two referees we can contact
  • Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
  • Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
