Looking for an exciting opportunity? An English Teacher is needed for a lovely secondary school in the Seaham area of Durham. This full-time role is to start in September 2025 and will be ongoing for approximately one year to cover a period of maternity leave. This role is to teach English to KS3 and KS4 pupils. This lovely school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal English Teacher candidate would:
- Have a passion for teaching English
- Have excellent subject knowledge
- Be able to organise themselves
- Be able to engage with children in a proactive way
We are keen to hear from both experienced English teachers or ECTs. To apply for this position with Premier Teachers you must hold QTS or QTLS. In addition, you must:
