We're recruiting for a growing business technology provider with more than 30 years' experience supporting customers across Dorset and Hampshire. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer IT enquiries by telephone, email and support tickets * Diagnosing and resolving common hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues * Providing remote support to business users * Escalating more complex problems to experienced engineers * Keeping customers updated and maintaining accurate support records * Developing your technical knowledge through practical experience What we're looking for You might be an IT graduate, an apprentice completing your training or someone with around a year's experience in a support environment. We're particularly interested in candidates who have: * A genuine interest in IT and technology * Some practical knowledge of Windows PCs and Microsoft 365 * Good communication and customer service skills * A logical approach to problem-solving * A willingness to learn and develop Previous helpdesk experience would be beneficial, but you don't need to know everything already.
