The Role:

  • Develop and manage commercial partnerships across the portfolio of shows.
  • Drive new business growth by identifying and securing brand and agency partnerships aligned with their audience and content strategy.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with brands and media agencies to generate long-term commercial value.
  • Create innovative branded content concepts and integrated campaigns that deliver value for both partners and audiences.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from pitch and negotiation through to onboarding and delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies and increase market awareness of value proposition.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and revenue reporting to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in media sales, brand partnerships or business development in sport or entertainment is a MUST.
  • Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Ability to develop creative branded content ideas and commercial campaigns.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded self-starter with a strong understanding of the evolving sports media landscape.
