The Role:
- Develop and manage commercial partnerships across the portfolio of shows.
- Drive new business growth by identifying and securing brand and agency partnerships aligned with their audience and content strategy.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brands and media agencies to generate long-term commercial value.
- Create innovative branded content concepts and integrated campaigns that deliver value for both partners and audiences.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from pitch and negotiation through to onboarding and delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies and increase market awareness of value proposition.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging commercial opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and revenue reporting to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in media sales, brand partnerships or business development in sport or entertainment is a MUST.
- Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Ability to develop creative branded content ideas and commercial campaigns.
