The predicted salary is between 24000 - 33600 £ per year.

We are recruiting for full Order Picker roles in Derby for a busy client. As a result of rapid growth, we have an excellent opportunity for Order Pickers based in our local depot. These roles are permanent and you will be working directly for our client and not through the agency.

Various Shifts Available:

  • Shifts: 6am-2pm
  • 8am-4pm
  • 9am-5pm
  • 2pm-10pm

Overtime rate >40 hours: £13.50ph

As an Order Picker, you will need to have:

  • Good communication skills to quickly understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to manage own work to meet deadlines while maintaining performance standards.
  • A positive and proactive approach to work with a clear customer focus.
  • A team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude, hard-working, and willing to learn.
  • Able to load and unload items of up to 10 kilos.
