Private Client Solicitor – office based, hybrid
Premier Solicitors are looking for two Private Client Solicitors / Chartered Legal Executives to join our busy award winning Private Client Department that is expanding. This is a fantastic opportunity with a trusted firm of solicitors, renowned for its commitment to excellence and expertise.
The Solicitors / CLEs will join a large Private Client team where there will be the opportunity to impact the department, grow with us, and achieve your goals, financial and career progression. The positions are office (and/or hybrid) based at our Bedford office.
You will need to be talented, driven, and dedicated.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of private client files, the majority of which will be probate work, to include:
- Ancillary work (assents, registering life interest trusts, trust set up, dissolving trusts, deeds of variation)
You will assist the Directors to build and develop the department when necessary.
Qualifications
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work
- Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice
- Capability to achieve agreed targets
- Proven experience of handling own caseload
- Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
- Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
- Preferably STEP qualified
The role can be office based, or hybrid.
