Lead and supervise the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.

Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.

Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.

Roster planning.

Requirements
Diploma in any discipline

At least more then10 years of relevant working experience in fashion retail industry preferrably with supervisory experience

Good communication and presentation skills
