This is a Demi Chef de Partie role with real learning at its heart — you’ll develop quickly, work with great ingredients, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about the food it produces.
We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic, eager to develop, and based in or around Royston, Hertfordshire. You don’t need to be fully polished — what matters is passion, commitment and a willingness to work hard and learn.
- Base Salary up to £29,000 (depending upon experience)
- Share of Tips approx. £5,000 per year
- Meals on Duty
