Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a multi award-winning Michelin restaurant in Swansea, Wales — a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity to work at the very top of the industry, with a package worth up to £42,000.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be part of a passionate, elite team producing breathtaking tasting menus from the finest luxury seasonal ingredients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include organising your section, ensuring all prep is completed to the exacting Michelin standard, and keeping the kitchen immaculately clean and ready for every service. This is a Chef de Partie role where excellence isn’t just encouraged — it’s expected.

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie with previous Michelin experience, though the Head Chef would consider a strong 2 rosette candidate who can demonstrate genuine passion and commitment to creating an extraordinary dining experience. Hours are generally 8am to close, four days per week. Candidates based near Swansea, Loughor, Llanelli, Mumbles or Port Talbot are ideally placed — or relocation is very much welcomed for the right Chef de Partie.

Salary Package of £32,000 (based on 48hr week) | Share of Tips (usually at least £10,000 per year, paid monthly) | Meals on Duty | 4 Day Working Week
