An amazing opportunity to work with a talented Chef Patron in their village pub located between Peterborough and Oundle. This role offers the chance to work with all fresh ingredients, creating classic pub favourites as well as daily specials and a popular Sunday lunch. You will help prepare starters, mains, and desserts as part of a team.

Basic qualifications:

  • Previous experience cooking with all fresh ingredients is required.
  • Passion for cooking and creating amazing food are essential.

Location: Ideally based in Oundle, Peterborough, Thrapston, or Corby area.

Requirements:

  • You must be legally able to work in the UK.
  • Sponsorship or work visas are not available.

Benefits:

  • Base Salary (paid hourly for a 45-hour week) of up to £30,500 - £35,000 depending upon experience.
  • Generous Tips paid weekly approx. £100 per week (£5,000+ per year).
