A popular Dining Pub serving award winning dishes created from all fresh seasonal produce including lots of Fish and Game when in season. Food standards are high; the Head Chef has solid 2 and 3 Rosette experience with plans to push for a Bib Gourmand. This is a busy kitchen, so the focus is on flavourful dishes that are well planned and not over complicated.
Responsibilities:
- Chef de Partie is required to work alongside the Head Chef and the team, assisting with the daily prep and cooking during service.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for a friendly, talented chef, ideally someone with experience of Rosette standard cooking who enjoys cooking good food.
- The role suits an organised person who understands the importance of communicating well and building a team.
Location & Requirements:
- Applicants will ideally need to live in the Oakham, Uppingham, Corby, Stamford, or Peterborough area with their own transport.
