Sous Chef – Traditional Village Pub Near Newark Live-in accommodation available
A Sous Chef is required for a traditional village pub located close to Newark.
The recently appointed Head Chef is looking for someone he can work closely with to develop new ideas, build local interest, and help shape the food offering.
The menu will include simple, well-cooked pub dishes made with good local produce, alongside more creative daily specials.
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to help organise the kitchen, prepare a wide range of dishes, and support the smooth running of service.
We are looking for a friendly and capable Sous Chef who enjoys cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and takes pride in producing good food.
Onsite accommodation is available and includes a one-bedroom flat with a bathroom and lounge area.
This role would suit candidates based near Newark, Southwell, Bingham, Balderton, Collingham, North Hykeham, or possibly Lincoln. Own transport would be ideal.
Base Salary of upto £35,000
