This awesome country hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the team. The hotel opened last year and has won lots of national awards for the standard of the food and guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef, and Sous Chef to assist with the daily running of the kitchen.
- Cover gaps in sections and run the pass as required.
- Train and motivate junior team members.
- Be in the centre of the action and support smooth operation during busy periods.
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter or Derby area with their own transport; live-in is available if required.
