As Chef de Partie, you’ll be working with all‑fresh ingredients at rosette level, across a range of dining settings including restaurant service, weddings and private events. You’ll work alongside a professional brigade, taking ownership of your section and maintaining the high food standards this hotel is known for. We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who has solid experience cooking fresh ingredients in a fast‑paced, quality‑focused environment.
