A fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie position at a superb privately owned country pub and award-winning restaurant located close to Market Harborough on the Leicestershire / Northamptonshire border.
This role offers the chance to work with all fresh ingredients, creating classic pub favourites as well as daily specials and a popular Sunday lunch. The head chef is seeking a talented individual with a passion for cooking with fresh ingredients, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail.
Location and requirements
Ideally, candidates would be based in the Market Harborough, Desborough, Corby, or Naseby area and have their own transport.
