Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a busy, popular country pub located close to Corby, Northamptonshire — a welcoming kitchen where great food, fresh ingredients and a positive team culture go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head Chef, taking ownership of your section and helping to produce consistently high‑quality pub classics through daily prep and service.
- Assist in daily preparation and service for approximately 40–50 covers using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Receive training across all sections depending on experience.
- Keep standards high during every service.
