An exciting opportunity available at this superb country hotel for a talented Sous Chef. We are looking for a strong Sous Chef to join the team and work closely with the Head Chef and the Group Executive Chef. This position is a great opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to develop new skills and join this small expanding group of amazing hotels with a view to potentially become a head chef in their next opening in a couple of years.

We are seeking a friendly and talented chef who enjoys cooking, somebody who is a good communicator and enjoys helping to train and motivate a team.

Location-wise, applicants ideally should reside in the Ashbourne, Cheadle, Matlock, Belper, Uttoxeter, or Derby area with their own transport. However, live-in options are available if needed.
