Are you a skilled Chef de Partie looking for a fantastic new role in Hampshire? Premier Selection is delighted to be recruiting a Chef de Partie for a busy, well-regarded country pub located close to Andover — a venue celebrated for its creative, seasonal pub food made with quality local ingredients.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely alongside the Head Chef and the wider kitchen brigade, taking ownership of your section during prep and service. The menu is freshly crafted using local suppliers, featuring seasonally changing dishes and daily specials — so no two days are quite the same. Your contribution as Chef de Partie will be key to keeping food quality consistently high.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who is enthusiastic, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a genuine passion for quality pub food, a great team attitude, and the drive to grow within a well-run kitchen. Candidates based near Andover, Chilbolton, Sutton Scotney or Winchester are ideally placed for this role.
Benefits- Base Salary from £30,000 (depending upon experience)
- Share of Staff Tips approx. £500 per month
- Meals on Duty
