Sous Chef required for this Hotel and restaurant situated within stunning landscaped gardens located close to Brockenhurst
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Head chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchens creating really tasty dishes capable of achieving 2 rosettes and also a separate simple lunchtime menu to cater for busy summer days
This would be a perfect role for a current Junior Sous Chef looking to take on their first Sous Chef position.
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Brockenhurst, Beaulieu, Lymington, Lyndhurst, or possibly Southampton area
