A content-led creative agency with enviable FMCG and lifestyle brands is looking for a rising star to head up the content creation team. You will ideally be an existing associate director or creative content lead at a brand-focused PR or integrated consultancy, who wants the opportunity to step up and take real ownership. Ideally, you will also be a whizz at generating earned first campaign ideas alongside the creative team to generate outstanding & memorable content across all channels. The team are smart with a clear passion for strategic storytelling and creative execution to produce award-winning content across earned media first platforms as well as wider broadcast, paid, and owned media channels. The team consists of passionate content creators with backgrounds in film, marketing, digital, and communications. The team is huge on development, and the role offers great long-term prospects to grow!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and write content-first creative ideas and proposals
- Manage agency’s brand guidelines and visual identity via all social channels
- Interrogate client briefs, create pitch decks, and deliver pitches
- Script editing/development and producing treatments and storyboards
- Project manage client accounts through all production phases
- Plan productions, manage budgets, and coordinate with crew and suppliers
- Oversee & manage a creative content executive
Requirements:
- 6+ years in creative content production including creative strategy development, scriptwriting, and on-set directing/editing – ideally from earned media (PR or integrated consultancy)
- Experience in a fast-paced earned media agency who currently heads up the creative content production including all video assets.
- Proven B2C, consumer lifestyle brand expertise is essential.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
