The Team & Agency
Our client is a really creative, hugely award-winning agency and works with really cool global brands with a massive reputation. The team has worked with some of the world’s most exciting brands and created some of the most innovative and awarded earned media campaigns of recent years. They have won an unprecedented number of awards since day one and boast an enviable client list including the most iconic food, drink, lifestyle, and entertainment brands as well as exciting challenger names.
Responsibilities
- An established Associate Director with proven big brand integrated campaign experience.
- Ability to oversee a portfolio of £750-1 million in fee income per annum - managing 4-5 accounts.
- Diverse client mix likely to include a leading alcoholic drinks brand, travel operator plus others (again, big budgets for big creative campaigns).
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts, as well as leverage industry connections to drive new business opportunities.
- Outstanding creativity & idea generation is a plus, alongside proven proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Inspiring team leader leading by example and able to manage sizable teams and demonstrate you can develop and train juniors to optimise performance.
