Our client is looking for a talented digital strategist with employer branding experience. They are a fantastic full service agency who really are people first!

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and refine digital strategy cross all channels, including paid media, organic social media and careers sites. Your main focus will be on marketing performance analysis, ensuring that data is used to drive client success across all channels.

You will drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and use a variety of digital tools and software to help improve their service offering and ensure they stay ahead of market trends.

This tools could include GA4, Campaign Manager, Search Console, Moz or SEMrush, and optimisation platforms such as Crazy Egg or Hot jar. The role involves working closely with client services, presenting data-backed insights, and attending face-to-face meetings with C-suite executives to present findings and reports.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in digital strategy development across paid media, organic channels, social media, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proficient in the Google Marketing Suite (GA4, Campaign Manager, Search Console), with a strong ability to build reports in Looker.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Moz or SEMrush and optimisation tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg.
  • Experienced in website performance and user journey analysis; experience with careers sites will be an advantage.
  • Confident presenting to senior clients and comfortable attending face-to-face meetings to present findings.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work across departments including SEO, UX, social media, and creative teams.
  • Able to balance focus across paid and organic channels, ensuring performance is optimised across all platforms.
  • Familiar with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles, particularly as they apply to careers sites.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of delivering actionable insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum requirement of two days per week in the office.
