Premier Recruitment are supporting an outstanding nursery based in Addlestone (KT15 postcode) to find a level 3 Childcare qualified candidate for a Third In Charge position. This is a fantastic opportunity for ANY level 3 Childcare candidate who is confident with their knowledge of the EYFS and with Early years. You need to have some Nursery assistant experience. You do not need to have been a Deputy Manager before or hold extensive experience as this isn’t essential. The nursery are open to give opportunities for level 3’s wanting that next step into management and it’s also open to those with experience. Role: Third In Charge Salary: £31,590 – £32,760 Hours: Mon – Fri, 45 hours, the nursery are open between 07:45 – 18:00. Duties: * Please note this role is a mixture of Office based and Room based. * You will need to support the Nursery management team and all training and support will be provided to ensure you transition smoothly. * You will need to support the Nursery assistants and Room leader as and when needed. * You will need excellent communication skills and be someone who is proactive and a natural leader. * You need to be dependable and reliable to be awarded this opportunity.
