Premier Recruitment Solutions are currently working with an ambitious, forward-thinking Telecommunications company based in Fareham. Our client is currently undergoing significant growth and is constantly evolving and as a result of this are currently looking for Sales Executives to join their team.
Joining the ‘Connect’ team within their business, you will responsible for selling fixed line phone systems to potential customers and existing mobile customers. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle; from having leads generated for you by the Lead Gen team whilst also doing your own prospecting, to building relationships with key decision makers and eventually closing the deal as well. Therefore, you will ideally have previous experience managing a full sales cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Doing your own research on potential customers, inputting accurate information about them to support the sales cycle and help to build your pipeline to better increase your earning potential.
- Proactively following up leads to ensure that targets and KPI’s are met
- Using questioning and listening skills to build rapport with key decision makers
- Going above and beyond to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales from customers
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, being responsible for your own leads and also closing these deals
