About the Role

Requirements
- Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a successful service
- Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
