Premier Recruitment Solutions are working with a privately owned company – the fastest growing Polythene Packaging manufacturer – to recruit into their customer service department. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, administration, order processing and assisting the Directors with day‑to‑day business operations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders
- Manage customer expectations
- Answer telephone enquiries
- Liaise with other departments
- Maintain up‑to‑date records
- Manage customer stocks
- Provide cover during annual leave or illness across other departments
