Premier Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-known brand within automotive fast fit to recruit a Centre Manager for their Cheltenham branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of car technology and demonstrate the ability to achieve sales while maintaining the highest levels of customer service and quality of work. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coach and mentor the team are essential. Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is also desirable.

As a Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the operation and daily running of the depot.
  • Playing a key role in cost control, budgets, revenue, and sales targets.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
  • Implementing and enforcing company procedures and policies.
  • Ensuring work is carried out in line with company procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all health and safety requirements are adhered to.
  • Maintaining documents in compliance with company procedures.
  • Maximising workflow through the workshop to achieve efficiencies.
  • Creating and fostering a positive customer service experience.
  • Assisting with training and mentoring employees.
