Premier Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-known brand within automotive fast fit to recruit a Centre Manager for their Southampton branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of car technology, demonstrate the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards and quality of work. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coach and mentor the team are essential. Knowledge of employment law and health & safety is also desirable.
As a Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the operation and daily management of the depot.
- Playing a key role in cost control, budgeting, revenue, and sales targets.
- Overseeing stock maintenance within the centre.
- Implementing and enforcing company procedures and policies.
- Ensuring work is carried out in line with company standards.
