This is an excellent opportunity for a driven automotive professional with experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager who is looking to join a successful dealership group offering strong earning potential, career progression and excellent benefits.
The Role
As Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales department by structuring and presenting finance packages, insurance products and value-added solutions to customers. You will work closely with the sales team to maximise profitability, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and presenting finance and insurance packages to customers
- Supporting the sales team in maximising vehicle and product sales opportunities
- Driving finance penetration and profitability across the department
- Ensuring compliance with all FCA and insurance product regulations
- Managing customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the delivery of sales targets and departmental objectives
- Promoting additional products including warranties, paint protection and insurance solutions
- Coaching and supporting sales executives to improve overall performance
- Maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service
