We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care branch in Bradford. Currently delivering approximately 1,000 care hours per week, the service has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is well positioned for continued growth.

You'll take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring exceptional standards of care, maintaining CQC compliance, and driving the ongoing development of both the service and your team.

About the Role

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of an established domiciliary care branch
  • Hold CQC registration and ensure full regulatory compliance
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients living independently in their own homes

Requirements

  • Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a successful service
  • Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
