Salary: £26,000 – £29,500 OTE up to £32,000 Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Parts Department. Support and mentor the team to achieve departmental targets. Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain brand standards. Monitor and manage stock levels, including accessory displays and returns. Liaise with suppliers and negotiate with non-franchise parts providers. Drive trade sales and prospecting activity to generate new business. Collaborate closely with other departments to provide a seamless customer journey. Identify training needs and contribute to recruitment and development planning.What You\’ll Bring: Proven experience in a vehicle parts role within the motor trade.
