We are looking for an experienced and dependable MOT Technician & Tester to join our workshop in the Salisbury area. You will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests, vehicle inspections, servicing, and a wide range of mechanical repairs. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and repaired to the highest standards, contributing to an excellent service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
- Identify faults and recommend effective repair solutions
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and following workshop procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate job records
- Uphold a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service when required
Requirements
- Valid MOT Tester licence (Class 4)
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
