We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to take full operational responsibility for supported living and community-based services across Hull. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality person-centred support, while also playing a key role in the ongoing development and growth of the services.
You will lead and develop a dedicated team, build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and external professionals, and ensure that the people supported are empowered to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
About the Role
- Take full operational responsibility for supported living and community services across Hull
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing care and support team
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and company policies
- Oversee support planning, risk management, safeguarding, and quality assurance
- Promote a positive, person-centred culture across the services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, commissioners, and other professionals
- Drive continuous improvement and support the ongoing development of the services
- Ensure the people supported are treated with dignity, choice, respect, and independence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within supported living or a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, legislation, and best practice
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
- Experience of Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for delivering person-centred care and empowering people to live meaningful lives
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent
