We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a domiciliary care service based in Croydon. Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within a domiciliary/home care management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in care planning, assessments, recruitment, compliance, and auditing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality person‑centred care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
