Are you an experienced Care Manager looking for your next challenge within domiciliary care?
Would you like to take responsibility within a very large and established domiciliary care service, working alongside a senior management team to maintain quality and drive continued growth?
We are recruiting for an experienced Care Manager to support the day‑day operational management of a large domiciliary care service in Grimsby.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, leading teams and ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained across a significant service.
About the Role
- Support the overall management and performance of a very large domiciliary care service
- Ensure safe, high-quality and person-centred care is consistently delivered
- Lead, support and develop care and office teams
- Oversee care planning and ensure plans accurately reflect clients' needs
- Monitor staffing levels, rotas and care delivery
- Support recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management
- Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, complaints and other care-related issues
- Monitor quality assurance and compliance across the service
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, carers and external professionals
- Support the Registered Manager with CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the continued growth and development of the service
What We're Looking For
- Previous Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior management experience within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation
- Experience managing large teams and complex operational environments
- Strong knowledge of care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of service growth
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
